Here are some pics. It is too bad someone repainted this. I am pretty this is a '88 Giro with a Columbus/Bianchi Formula II frame and fork. I can't really see someone installing Synchro shifters on an older model that had Victory shifters. The headset could be a replacement or it may have been factory installed because they were out of Victory ones.

This looks liek it needs a ton of elbow grease along with tires, cables, chain, actual grease but it should clean up and be a great rider.
