A podiatrist might be able to help, if nothing else works. Mine was able to help me with ski boots. First he measured my stance and gait for pronation/suppination etc, told me what off the shelf orthotics were closest to my needs, and then shaved them down in some places and built then up in other places to match my feet and problem exactly. Helped a lot with tendinitis. Better not to need this kind of service, but good to know it's available.

But you're not going to change the length of body parts.
