How to attach Suntour dérailleur to frame

Hello all,
I have a simple bike problem that I cannot figure out myself: I am not a natural mechanic. Please help me if you can with some sound advice.

I foolishly, and unnecessarily removed the rear Suntour dérailleur from the frame of my Raleigh Grand Prix and now I cannot see how to re-attach it to the frame. I know the term "hanger" is used but I am not sure what that term means. In particular, I need to know where the small retaining bolt, that I had unscrewed to remove the dérailleur, is re-attached. I tried the small threaded hole in the rear drop-out but that does not seem to be correct.

I have attached two photos, one of the dérailleur and one of the rear fork where the dérailleur should be re-attached. I know explaining this remotely might be difficult please give it your best shot!
Thanks in advance.

This is the dérailleur mechanism. The bolt that I unscrewed is at the bottom, near the "jaw".

This is the rear drop-out where the dérailleur should be re-attached.
