Another "whaaaa?", do you mean the "World Champ globe" that commemorates the victories at San Cristobal and Nurburgring?

Edit, on 2nd thought the poster could be thinking of anotther model, the "Mockba '80" which had such a commemerative decal but on the TOP tube, refers to the Silver medal won by a Polish rider at the 1980 Summer Games in Moscow on a Ciocc. Pelizzoli built frames for the Polish National team for that race and for some years prior.But I see nothing incorrect about it, happens to be a plain fact.
