I had a nice set of original Legnano branded Campy hubs with tubular rims hanging in the garage for 20 + years. For last year's Eroica, I cleaned up the hubs, swapped the tubular rims for a new set of Sun CR18 clincher rims. I've had the Roma since new in 1964, and it has done two Eroica rides, waiting to do its third, whenever that happens.
20 years of garage wall hanging dust.
Cleaned up and shiny.
My 1964 Legnano Roma Olympiad at Eroica 2019 in Cambria.
On the way home from Eroica last year, I picked up a cousin to my Roma, a 1961 Gran Premio for 50!
The $50 GP, cleaned up and finished with $100 Clunker Challenge.
