They're standard 6000RS cartridge bearings, with the dustcaps in place. Many modern sealed-bearing hubs have an axle spacer with one wide end that covers the cartridge bearing, but I've worked on vintage Suzue sealed bearing hubs, and modern Formula/Origin8 hubs, that have the same setup as these Lamberts. Just two locknuts next to each bearing to adjust lateral preload.

I say the bearings in these hubs are newer because they're made in Japan and I got another vintage sealed bearing hub with them that had the same bearings. I think the previous owner replaced the bearings in all these hubs. If Lambert hubs originally came with Japanese sealed bearings I might be mistaken. They're smooth as butter in any case.
