People. My wife and I just had confrontations with two different people who were hiking a popular trail with their dogs off leash. They’re harmless - really sets my wife offf.
My lab wouldn't hurt anyone intentionally, but I still don't let her bother people or run around off leash basically anywhere that isn't a dog park. People suck.
