That doesn't look like a Schwinn. It is a cantilever frame that is similar to Schwinn in style. From the look of the head and down tube into the head tube and the look of the rear dropout, I would think it not Schwinn. It looks like a Schwinn Chainring and crank. The springer fork could be Schwinn as well.

It could be a Huffy, Murray, Columbia, Sears & Robuck or Rollfast. What do the small tubes look like where they end right behind the front tire look like?

I am no expert though, perhaps someone more knowledgeable can verify or refute this.
