Thanks a lot for the clear explanation. Given the part I am looking at, it is really the strength that I am concerned about as it has to hold a GPS, and won't be won't be that visible, keeping the aesthetics in the background. I can understand more on a visible part but this additional fineness will probably also be important in the little slots where the bolts need to be inserted. So will go for the HP printed part.
