Based on the serial number and frame characteristics, it would appear to be a 1976 model. However, even though all the evidence points towards manufacture by Raleigh Canada, it may not be an actual Raleigh. The Canadian Raleigh factory contract manufactured a number of other brands such as Supercycle, Vagabond, Glider, etc.
