I don't know the Weinmann 810s. Are they a longer reach than Mafac Racers? If not, why not just go with what works? Mafacs, KoolStop pads and Tektro levers (or any other older road lever I ever used) work very well. The equally old Racer levers are excellent if you can deal with the partial hoods, not a full one and non-aero cabling. (Despite the partial only hoods, some of the most comfortable levers ever, especially if you like to honk up hills standing and pulling hard on them.)
