Columbus Zona with Carbon stays vs Spirit full steel
Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum.
Firts, sorry about my bad English writting, I’m a french speaking guy from Quebec, Canada.
I actualy ride a 2009 Marinoni (small famous frame builder in Canada) Leggero Xtra made of Columbus Zona with Carbon stays.
I’m wondering if I should go full steel? Are the carbon stays compromissing the nice feeling of a full steel frame?
If I go full steel, I would be tempted tu buy a new bike from the same frame builder with comparative geometry. There are two models: the Piuma made of Columbus Spirit and Piuma Supreme made of Columbus Spirit SA (with oversized tapered headtube).
I’m wondering if anyone can tell me what difference in riding I should expect from these two frames compare to mine.
