I doubt there is any way for any of us to quantify if your carbon stays are making the ride feel dull or muted. There are simply too many other factors that could affect the feel- tire width tire pressure, tire composition, saddle material, seat post material, etc.

Get a new frame if you want a new frame. Marioni is a really cool looking small custom brand. Not many like that exist where they are large enough to have many models and small enough to build in house.
