I am not sure what a "challenger tupli" is, but if it is this bike ....
... you might want to reconsider spending more than a couple of dollars on it. You can get it on the road, but the odds of it making you actually
like cycling are not very good, IMO.
If you're going to spend money on a bike in order to ride it
and like it, spend it on something better. It doesn't need to be expensive. There are bikes out there that might look like crap, but will give you a very pleasant ride, once properly serviced.
