Weight and blood pressure are great markers of health. And, from what I’ve read, resting heart rate is a major indicator of health................
LOW IMPACT with an exercise you really enjoy (love ????) what more does one need???? IMO, if you have a
need to expand your fitness goals then go for what ever floats your boat providing the biking is not reduced.
