Back when I worked in shops in college, we could get our mitts on just about every nut, bolt, casting, forging, shim, bushing, washer, and freaking decal Campagnolo made. For a price. One of the beauties of Campy has ALWAYS been that their components are almost all completely rebuildable. Worth it? Dunno.
