Thanks. Yes strong legs I guess— no comment on butt except no pain there. Little in back sometimes. Actually have more trouble walking than riding due to problem left knee. Right one was replaced 15 years ago.

Riding 650 miles per month now so guess that helps. Chronological age is one thing but then we all have different genes and work ethic.

Point is we all can do relatively well if we put the time in and have few physical limitations
