Zombie threads like this one which dates back 8 years to 2011 waste a lot of time for some of the members who can help you.

I don't like to have to scroll through dozens on old, many sometimes no longer relevant messages to answer someone's new question. Another reason, photos in many old messages are munged or missing.

A suggestion, start a new tread, you'll get more pertinent responses.

Here's a Cinelli Twin Plate crown used by Masi as late as 1974.





George Fischer cast fake twin plate crown. Throughout the 70's Masi, DeRosa and other top frame makers used standard George Fisher crowns with out the fake slot.
