I'm not a brake aficionado. The general or mechanics forum might be able to help more.
Info you will need is whether they are road (caliper) or mounts for V-brakes or Cantilever.
For Caliper you will need the distance from the fork mounting hole to the rim (converted to mm), then buy the correct "reach" for the fork & brake stay in the rear.
Also you need to match the brake lever pull distance to the type of brake.
