Are you wanting the bike to automatically be selected? Or happy with just selecting it yourself?

I can't say about their phone apps, but I use RideWithGPS. Although they have ability to sync or do auto uploads with various devices I prefer to maintain control of that myself and only do manual uploads. When the upload completes, you have a chance to select your bike then, or anytime later you can change it. You can also review each bike or piece of equipment individually and see totals for it as well as what rides where done with it.

I thought MapMyRide, RideWithGPS, Strava and others had been doing this for a long time. I can't see how it wouldn't be part of their phone apps. But maybe not. As for other phone apps I don't know.
