Are you sure the creaking is from the pedals and not the BB- crank area.
I had creaking from BB area on my Cannondale when pedaling out of the saddle.
I spent a lot of time on the BB30 brgs.
Eventually, determined that the creaking was from the chainring bolts.
I disassembled the chainrings, and cleaned all matting surfaces well.
Then re assembled using Loktite 202 on the threads,and torquing the bolts to the proper spec.
Torquing properly is probably more important than the thread locker.
It's often very difficult to pin point exact the source of these noises.
