No, sorry. You might look at the Cannondale I linked to. You might also consider this Vita that’s kind of in your area. Vita’s and extra small and extra extra small Sirius are good choices for small riders as well. Given that your wife is a newish rider, you might also consider bikes with flat bars over drops.
