Darn Covid

Discovered I don't have any extra shifter cables (had to polish old ones with sandpaper) and only one set of black bar tape so ordered more.
Will install new bar tape tomorrow. Cream paint will be hard to match.

For now larger frame is done. It doesn't seem to meet catalogue specs but owner swears he bought both bikes at same time from same store and did nothing to them. Anyone hazard guess on year?
