The Bianchi Special was an early 1980s, Japanese manufactured lower mid-range model. I'd be hard pressed to pay $375 US, even for one in very good condition, in a high priced market. However, in 1985 Bianchi offered many of it's Ilalian models with Columbus manufactured Bainchi Special tubing. Many owners erroneously call these Bianchi Specials. These models covered a relatively wide range and some could be worth up to $375. So we really do need to see photos.

Having said that, you are a very tall person. 62/63cm is often the tallest frame size offered by manufacturer, though some offered 67/68cm is specific models. Tall frames are relatively rare. This makes them more difficult to find but also harder to sell. If it's been sitting around for a while, sellers may be more flexible about taking offers but other times you'll have to step up and pay a premium if you can't find any others.
