I also use those Looks on a couple bikes, as well as Shimano pedals that take the same cleat. They are great and usually quite cheap on the used market. The cleats are marked Delta or ARC. Not Keo. You would probably want red cleats as the black ones have no float.
If you tend to walk around a lot in your bike shoes, maybe go with Spd pedals instead.
