My correspondence with Peter and the team have always been professional and well-mannered in tone and their response has encouraged me to stay in touch which I have been doing so on an occasional basis. I don't consider that too much of a distraction. I do realize how busy they are in these trying times but I also feel that it's not asking too much too much to engage their customer base with updates from time to time. Wasn't that the intent of the portal? The delivery date for my bikes was also scheduled for May but I too will faithfully wait for that day to be revised.
