See if you can get to know your local dockless Spin operator and if they are willing to kick some wheels off wrecked bikes your way. The Gen 1 steel bikes run silver 26x1-3/8" rims - brushed silver and I believe single wall (I need one of these, hint, hint), and the Gen 2's run black painted, dual-wall drop center rims with machined braking surfaces. Unfortunately, the Gen 3's went back to standard ISO 559 MTB sized rims.

All you have to do is drill them for a Schrader valve.

I'd send you a few hoops from the Miami Gen 2 bikes, but since the micromobility programs are shut down here, I'd have to ask a special favor from the manager to open the warehouse - and I don't want to do that unless I can move 15 bikes at once (right now, I can move a max of three per trip).

I also have a pair of 32/40 Westricks here. Front is just a hoop, rear is laced with an AW with stainless spokes, but the hub is just a shell. PM me if this would work.
