That is quite interesting - getting some conflicting viewpoints... I think for me my torso is probably just slightly shorter than my legs not 100% sure but my legs are not smaller.

the bike i got has 27.5 wheels but the frame is 16" unfortunately due to the lockdown I wasnt able to test sizes so I went with the small hopefully it works out.
