Assuming you're comfortable on your bike and can imagine spending several hours on it, sure, go for it! Take your time and ride at a rate that's comfortable and sustainable. Eat and drink a lot. (Two pieces of advice that I admit I didn't do particularly well with on my first century a few weeks ago.)

Some people who have written in this thread assured me a century is as much mental as physical. Having done one, I definitely agree. So just stick to it, and keep cycling and enjoying yourself, and it's doable. Good luck.
