How cheap are we talking? I'll assume you want it pretty cheap if amazon not good enough. You could probably get a cheap broken down bike on craigslist that has one and cannibalize and flip it, might even make a profit especially if it has other parts better than what you have now to swap out like good tires or wheels or whatever. Also nearly free get a plastic bag and some zip ties.
