Bikes: LOOK KG 461, LeMond Zurich, Giant Talon 29er 0

I have a 56cm 2005 Felt F65 that I bought new back in August. A friend of mine recently bought a LOOK KG461 in 55cm but he's thinking he bought too much bike and wants to trade it for mine (obviously I would give him some money as well-I think his wife isn't happy with the amount he spent on this bike).

Anyway, when I rode it I really liked how comfortable the carbon fiber LOOK was compared to my aluminum/carbon frame. My only complaint is the seatpost, it's a 25mm and there aren't a lot of options for that size. LOOK makes one but it's pretty expensive. It has a Bontrager mtb post which is really way too long for the frame. I also thought it was a little more cramped than my bike. It has 100 or 110mm stem (oh it also takes a 26mm bar and I believe it has a 1" integrated headset). The LOOK is used and has a Campy Chorus 9spd group. My bike is all Ultegra with Dura-Ace crankset and brakes and Mike Garcia wheels.

He wants me to give him $800+ my bike. I'm thinking more along the lines of $650+ my bike. What do you think? Is this a fair trade? I really hate to get rid of a bike I'm fairly happy with (and that I've spent a fair amount of money upgrading) but the LOOK is a really nice bike as well and it works flawlessly. I had my LBS look it over and they said it's in tip top shape. The only weak point is the wheels, they are Mavic Open Pro rims laced to Chorus hubs and they appear to have quite a bit of use on them.

Oh, my question about the sizing, is a 55cm LOOK the same as a 56cm Felt?
