Any advice?
I was in the same situation (except I was purchasing an X 5.0). I could not make sense of the standover heights on the website (and still can't). I e-mailed Specialized about it but after more than three weeks they still haven't replied. I called a few different bike shops and the closest bike I could find anyone had in stock was a
Sirrus Sport size L. So they kindly measured that for me. According to them it's 76 cm over the crank. In the meantime I got my Sirrus X 5.0 size L and I measured it this evening. It's really hard to measure as the top tube is sloping but according to my measurements it's 78.5 cm over the crank. But I can't speak as to whether the X 3.0 has exactly the same height. For what it's worth I'm 183.5 cm.
