There are plenty of different brands of ebike that are beach and sand capable. All they need is some fatter tires, and lowered air pressure. And tons of riders use human power alone, so 250 watts is more than sufficient. An electric motor just adds to the fun. Look it up a bit,...I'm sure it's worth the research.
