seems like there are a lot of great options, established and new. down here in southern california, a former frame builder from stinner started up his own shop, darkmoon fabworks. there's also chumba, in texas, who i've known for their mountainbikes but i've been hearing more and more about their road frames. +1 for rodriguez! 20 years ago, when i was in college, i used to walk by their shop and look at their frames through the store window. desalvo is another well respected builder worth checking out.
