I like the Sunrace components, I would not upgrade them.
My top list of upgrades would be:
#1 Adjustable angle stem for comfort. This will improve shifting by helping the cable routing.
#2 Shimano clipless and toe clip pedals in one....I think 300 series.
#3 Kevlar cables and better housing
#4 ISIS BB and cranks
#5 Sealed cartridge bearing headset.
#6 Sigma Sport Computer...they are cheap and good!
#7 Planet Bike Lights
I think the stem is the biggest upgrade.
