Record and Chorus cups of that generation are interchangeable. You can swap English for Italian cups; the 'core' of the cartridge is the same.
Centaur cups cannot be swapped for Chorus/Record; different dimensions.
On all of these excellent bottom brackets, every cartridge bearing (3) can be removed and replaced.
Ok, maybe I'm wrong, I don't think I've met anyone who has done that. Where are some directions? How do you access the bearings on the drive side?
