I recently installed a F3 Cycling FormMount as well as an add-on light/camera adapter to the stem of my Metrix. Both items were purchased together on clearance and I suspect that they might have been old stock or perhaps a result of a return. Depending on one's stem configuration, the kit includes two different lengths of bolts with spacers along with attachments for Garmin and Wahoo bike computers. The F3 FormMount can be fitted to virtually any 4-bolt bike stem in either upper or lower bolt holes via its rotating arms. You could even install the mount rearward so that it sits over the stem. For now, I've opted to position it on the upper location as it provides great access to Garmin's lower keys and also allows adequate clearance between the bike light and cables. The only minor setback is that since it is fixed it cannot be tilted up. Not ideal if you have a negative rise stem.

The light/camera add-on mount is sold separately and simply bolts to the bottom of the base mount. Overall, I’m quite pleased with the FormMount. It’s sturdy, robust, versatile and best of all it declutters the bar.
