My '20 aluminum Topstone 105 came with the WTB ST i23 TCS 700c wheels. They are 24mm exterior width. I use a Continental GrandPrix 4 Season 28mm tire, they end up at 32mm at 70-80 psi. I would not run a 25 mm tire on this rim.
