That’s my preference. I’ve pretty much done away with the big breakfast. If I’ve had a proper dinner the night before I just don’t need one. Coffee and something like fig bars or a bagel and I’m good. Love picking up a sandwich and chips during the day’s ride and stopping somewhere pretty for lunch. Loved that in Spain. I’d often get jamon, goat cheese and bread at a local market then pedal to a nice spot and make a bocadilla.
