Can anyone help? My Specialized vita elite hybrid bike is fitted with a pannier rack and mudguard. The bolt snapped today and I was relieved to get it out of the frame, but have no idea where to get a replacement bolt. The bolt has a 1cm long metal tube attached which slips into the frame and holds the rack in place.
