I own a number of their products, cargo bib tights, thermal bib knickers, bib shorts, wind front jersey (EXCELLENT PRODUCT) in short sleeve and long sleeve, and a few pair of their gloves. The core base layer is one of my go-to items in many weather conditions. All bought at the sale or discount pricing, either directly through Rapha or from Chain Reaction I think. I would say that there stuff is pretty well worked out with some unique and nice features. It runs small so I have to use XL in all bib shorts or tights. Is it worth the money? That is a subjective question that is up to you. Is it the best? For some of their stuff, it is up there with Assos, with other stuff, close but not quite in the same league. Customer support is pretty good but I had to argue that the failure of a pair of full finger gloves was a manufacturing defect and not my fault. At first, I was told it was not their's to honor. I complained and they stepped up, which is what you would expect from a reputable company, such as Rapha. There stuff does have the "cool" factor which will of course make you faster on the bike...
