I’ve always used Universal in Portland for spokes and just about everything else that I can’t get used at Bike Works where I volunteer (Bikeworks.org), or purchased from good folks here at C&V Sales.

I use DT spokes that are $0.99 for silver DB Comps, $1.45 for silver DB Revolutions:
