Hello! I recently purchase a Sakai bike, I think it is somewhere around 1988 but I am not sure.

Tange 900 frame, Dia Compe aluminum brakes, Sugino Crankset, Alps Road Chamipion alloy bars, Shimano deraillieur/shifters.

Any information, build suggestions, or opinions welcome!

It says "Star" on the frame, possibly the model.
