that 4.5oz can be offset and saved in wheels, or in saddle and stem, or in drivetrsin, or in frame material(eek!).
4.5 oz is about 127gm; I would imagine paint would be more than 4.5 oz.
Do you mind giving a source where you found that paint for frame is about 4.5 oz.?
