yes...the big sale is usualy at the end of the year after december 25th. granted, the stock isn't the best but it is a great time to pick up summer/warmer gear.
if you're a little (or a lot) shorter/taller/bigger/smaller than the average bear, you'll likely have better luck finding stuff in your size for a decent discount.

they used to float new e-mail subscribers a 15 or 20% discount on your first order. unsure if that still applies. i think it's still free shipping on orders over $100 usd which isn't difficult to hit.
