Clinic this weekend!!
This weekend there is a clinic in the Trexlertown, PA area. Who's there...
Karen Bliss, Sue McDonough who is an elite racer from Maine. assistants: Angie Vargas, Becky Conzelman, Sarah Uhl. Guest speakers: Lori Hoefer who does bike fits for Serotta bikes, Selene Yeager, a certified trainer who will talk about stretching and weight training and a nutrition guy. There is a Road clinic on Sat. and track clinic on Sunday. Plus video taping the track segment so you can see yourself on TV.
Both days @150, or one @$100. Starts at 9 goes to 5.. free catered dinner Sat. night.

Oh its for women only..

It's a great gig guys... Karen has helped my team alot, and we won a couple races this weekend thansk to her advice...
