Not to step on anyone's toes, but I'm under the impression that the City of New York Parks and Rec Dept. paid for the repairs to the Kissena velodrome at which point John Campo and others had to essentially repave the track by themselves (i.e. city workers and contractors uninvolved). I could be wrong, but i don't think Puma had anything to do with the renovations. Does anyone have an article or hard info about this? I'm curious actually.
