Bikes: 2014 BMC Gran Fondo, 2013 Brompton S6L-X

1 Rolls while folded.
2 No hinge on main frame.
3 20" to 24" wheels.

I don't think such an animal(folder) exists.
You'll probably have to compromise on one point
and just settle for two of the three.
