Nothing will beat the White Industries Freewheel but alas with multi speed set ups you will need a thinner chain but not a problem you can get an Izumi Super Toughness in 3/32 and Dura-Ace chainrings amongst others so if the issue is quality that is an easy solve. If you just don't want to buy new stuff then stick with the regular WI single freewheel.
