do you find the 32mm gp5000s wide enough for light gravel? Thought of that as more of a road only width. Was wondering if there is anything in the 34-35 range that is a good compromise.
My speeds are labled 40mm, but measure 2mm smaller than my other 40mm tires, or 28mm on 22mm internal rims. Yeah, the 32mm are fine for me on light gravel- that is my summer tire. We chloride our roads, so they end up being smother than our asphalt for the most part. GK-SK seems to be a good 35mm tire from what I've read and seen - sounds to be a lot lighter and faster than the larger sizes (the 48mm size is a dog).
just ballparking it - a good race road tire is about 10watts/tire @ 20mph. Training tire is going to be 15-18watts, Terraspeeds are about 22 watts - most other good gravel tires are 25-30 watts/tire.
